Michael Buining (Guitar, Vocals, Composer) spent 20 years in the corporate world and (re)turned to  life as a musician in 2011. The Roadhouse Regulars is his current project, focused on building an Alternate | Acoustic | Blues | Roots repertoire. This project follows on from the success of Swamp Dawkins which focused on corporate entertainment and performing for private events. His next project “Take me to the Badlands, Mamma” will also be under the Roadhouse Regulars banner and will be launched in late 2017.


Mark Coles a.k.a “Tex” (Fellow traveller) had a dream to ride Route66 on a Harley and I was lucky enough to be one of the people he asked. It was a calling for sure. It was a phenomenal trip and only happened because of Tex. Take a bow my friend.


Chad Warner (GS Giant) is serendipity personified. Tex and I ran into him on our first night on Route 66 in Springfield, Illinois totally at random and we rode together for many days. What a brother.


Sean Carey (Producer) produced/ engineered my previous album and has continued with the new album- Redemption. Aside from music production/ engineering he was previously the guitarist with Thirsty Merc, having toured across Australia and internationally earning ARIA gold and platinum sales awards and multiple ARIA award nominations.


Reuben Alexander (Drums) has toured and recorded across Australia and internationally for over 25 years playing with Rat Cat, Ben Folds, Nick Seymour, William Crighton and many more and along the way he has shared the stage with global acts including INXS, Aerosmith, Stone Temple Pilots, Kid Rock.


Gray Read (Harmonica) has been performing in and around Sydney with a variety of blues and roots acts. He is also the founder of Earth Transmissions and creator of the phenomenal “Bear” and “Big Easy” effects, used by Dom Turner and others.


Jy-Perry Banks (Pedal Steel) is one of Australia’s leading pedal steel players performing regularly with The Cruisin’ Deuces who have gained a strong following and reputation for country/ rockabilly music, performing nationally including appearing at the Adelaide Guitar Festival. He is an owner of a beautiful F100 truck and lover of country music who shares the dreams of a journeyman travelling across the U.S.


Beau Golden (Piano) is one of Australia’s most in demand  keyboards players and musical directors. He has worked on projects with Guy Sebastian, Daniel Johns, Cyrus, Casey Donovan, 1927, Dami Im and many others.


Jared King (Bass) is a freelance musician having studied at The Australian Institute of Music. His musical projects include Crystal Cities and performing with James Brennan’s highly successful “Glory Days” Bruce Springsteen tribute.
